• Are you interested in getting involved in "Plant Reproductive Biology" research using Functional Genomics approach?
• Are you a fresh M.Sc. from any Biology disciplines like Botany, Biotechnology, Zoology, Biochemistry, Microbiology , etc.?
• Have you been a first grade student throughout?
• Have you qualified any National examination that qualifies you for a Ph.D. scholarship? In case you DONOT not have CSIR/UGC NET JRF, have you qualified CSIR/UGC NET in LS category?  In that case you may apply for a Project JRF Position.

We are currently focusing our efforts towards molecular level understanding of the following three aspects of Plant Reproductive Biology:

      1. Regulation of Male Gametophyte Development

      2. Regulation of Seed Development that includes development embryo and endosperm and Starch Biosynthesis

      3. Understanding Molecular Basis of Heterosis (Hybrid Vigour)
